Whether
it is a question of building Europe, local development
or business expansion, it must be agreed the search for
a new kind of efficiency should be made through an alliance
between social and economic forces.
The
most productive economies are those in which the social
dialogue is best organised and most fruitful. Many socio-economic
actors, members of national parliaments, administrators
and government ministers agree with us on this point.
Experiments
are being set up in new ways of organising social relations
within businesses and in the working environment in general,
and new concepts are appearing. But we still have to turn
this proliferation to good account. Reconcile experience
in the field and intellectual contributions. Be on the
lookout for what is being done, said and written and above
all synthesise these ideas while encouraging exchanges
between social actors, innovators and researchers.
This
is the aim of Lasaire. |
